Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Rate: PHP 5,000.00 (succeeding hour: PHP 750.00) + PHP 6,000.00 bond
Function Room 2 (2nd Floor)
Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Rate: PHP 4,000.00 (succeeding hour: PHP 750.00) + PHP 5,000.00 bond
Function Room 3 (2nd Floor Outdoor)
Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Rate: PHP 2,500.00 (succeeding hour: PHP 500.00) + PHP 3,000.00 bond
Basketball Court
Hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM (after 6:00 PM: PHP 300.00/hr electricity fee)
Rate: Residents free until 6:00 PM · Guests PHP 50.00/head

Reminder: the swimming pool is closed every Monday for maintenance. It's open Tuesday–Sunday and holidays, 7:00 AM–10:00 PM.
